Remote in-place upgrade from ESX3.5 to vSphere

I have an ESX 3.5 host running on an ML-110g4 that I want to upgrade to the beta of vSphere. The vSphere client seems to come with a remote update utility as shown below. The rest on : http://vinf.net/2009/04/22/remote-in-place-upgrade-from-esx-35-to-vsphere-esx4/ It was done with a beta release of vSphere also...

Récupérer dans une VM Hyper-V l'hôte

Un client souhaitait avoir un zoli fond d'écran avec toutes les informations utiles des VMs... dont l'hôte sur lequelle elle tourne! Configuring Exchange 2007 as an Authenticated or Anonymous SMTP Relay

Toujours utile : By default Exchange 2007 is configured to only accept SMTP email for domains it is authoritative for, and will only relay email onto other domains for authenticated local users. Usually for Outlook/OWA based clients this is entirely sufficient as even when connecting from remote locations the clients appear to be local to the Exchange Server so it is happy to relay for them.
