Understanding Memory Compression in vSphere 4.1

vSphere 4.1 comes with a new performance-enhancing feature called memory compression. It can give your system a performance boost when it starts running low on RAM. The iSCSI Target team has worked closely with the Windows HPC Server team to enable this specific solution, common in HPC environments. Jian Yan, the Program Manager for the iSCSI Software Target, has a new blog post on... [Lire la suite]
