These are the issues resolved by the Patch 3 for Veeam Backup version 6.5.0.106 / 6.5.0.109 / 6.5.0.128. This patch is cumulative and contains fixes from Patch 1.

Please confirm you are running version 6.5.0.106/6.5.0.109/6.5.0.128 prior to applying this patch.  You can check this under Help | About in Veeam Backup & Replication console.  After upgrading, your build will be version 6.5.0.144.
