Changement du licensing des CALs Windows pour Hyper-V
Voici un mail envoyé aux partenaires Microsoft sur les problématiques de licensing...
Ainsi utiliser Windows 2008 Hyper-V comme hôte de virtualisation sans autre rôle ne nécessite pas forcément la mise à jour des CALs vers Windows 2008, le détail en dessous....
Accès clients (CALs) Windows Server (WS) 2008 dans les projets de virtualisation.
Pour rappel, une CAL Windows Server est requise par utilisateur ou périphérique qui accède aux instances du logiciel Windows Server.
