Finding The “New User” in GAL While In Outlook Cached Mode…
I think every exchange admin has come across this issue in which users complain that they can’t find the new staff in the Outlook address book. There are a number of solutions like instructing the user to use OWA or Outlook online mode if it is really urgent, downloading the address book (after the server has updated it) etc.

Exclaimer Outlook 2010 Photos... for FREE!!!
I have come across a number of customers who want to have staff photos visible in their GAL. They typically look at this feature when migrating from previous versions of Exchange to 2010. Though Microsoft supports this feature with the use of PowerShell, Exclaimer Outlook Photos gives a free GUI tool – not just for you to try, not just for a limited period, not with feature limitations but absolutely free.
The tool can be installed in any domain joined machines – any one from XP to 2008. Check the system requirements here

Exchange Server 2010 Segmentation de GAL
Jusqu’ici non supporté dans un environnement Exchange Server 2010, la segmentation sera supportée avec le service Pack 2 du produit.
Celui-ci sera disponible dans la seconde partie de l’année 2011

GAL Photos in Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010
Over the years, displaying recipient photographs in the Global Address List (GAL) has been a frequently-requested feature, high on the wish lists of many Exchange folks. Particularly in large organizations or geographically dispersed teams, it's great to be able to put a face to a name for people you've never met or don't frequently have face time with.
