[Release] ESXi-Customizer-PS version 2.0
I just released a new major version of my ESXi-Customizer-PS PowerCLI script that greatly simplifies and automates the process of creating fully patched and customized ESXi 5.x installation ISOs using the ImageBuilder snapin.What's new:
A new operational mode (-update) allows to update a locally existing ESXi Offline bundle with the latest patch level from the VMware Online depot. This way you can easily bring a vendor supplied ESXi installation ISO (like the HP Customized ISO) to the most recent ESXi patch level.

Learning PowerCLI–What does it take ?
One of the most asked questions to me at VMworld this year was “what does it take to learn PowerCLI”, lots of people have seen the fantastic things you can do with PowerCLI, where it is drawing your infrastructure out into Visio or checking your VMware environment for potential issues.

As VMware expands its PowerShell offering, known as PowerCLI, the poster has been a key resource for keeping the details close to hand and ensuring the help is right in front of you when you need it.

PowerCLI 4.1 Poster and Quick Reference Guide
Recently released on the PowerCLI site there has been an updated version of the PowerCLI Poster, this time the PowerCLI Documentation and Engineering teams have done a great job of updating it into a readable poster and have even added my quick reference guide to it to make it an awesome document.
